How to Buy

Everything you need to log in, register as a Focus Logic member, manage your details, place an order and pay. If you get stuck at any step, our help desk is one call away.

Two ways to buy. Anyone can buy a product at retail price with no account, jump to Buying at retail price. If you are a registered Focus Logic member (FLID), use the member section to order at member prices through your e-office.
Part 1 · For customers

Buying at retail price

No account needed. Pick what you want, pay, and we deliver. This is the simplest way to get your Focus Logic products.

Order in a few clicks

1. Find your product

Browse the shop or go straight to the Herbal Blend or Herbal Balm. Click a product to see its details and price.

2. Add to cart

Click "Add to Cart" on the product. The cart count in the top right of the page goes up. You can keep shopping and add more, or open the cart to review what you have.

3. Check out

  1. Open your cart and click "Checkout". You do not need a member account, you can check out as a guest.
  2. Enter your name, delivery address, email and phone number so we can send your order and updates.
  3. Choose a delivery method (delivery or pick-up).
  4. Choose how you want to pay and confirm your order.

Pay by card online

Pay securely at checkout with Visa or Mastercard through our online payment gateway. Your order is confirmed straight away.

Bank transfer

EFT or deposit

Prefer to transfer? Pay into our FNB account and use your name and order number as the reference.

5. Delivery

Card orders are confirmed immediately. EFT or deposit orders are confirmed once the payment reflects in our system, which can take up to one working day, and up to two at month-end. You will get a confirmation by email once your order is on its way.

Retail vs member price: the prices shown in the shop are retail prices. Registered Focus Logic members (FLIDs) pay member prices through their e-office, see Part 2 below.

Part 2 · For members (FLID)

Ordering as a Focus Logic member

If you are a registered FLID, log in to your e-office to order at member prices, manage your details and run your business.

Login

Log in to get the most out of your Focus Logic account. Enter your FLID number and password on the login page to reach your e-office.

Login challenges

If you are having trouble logging in, first check that your FLID number and password are correct. Passwords are case sensitive, so make sure Caps Lock is off, and try different case variations if needed.

Forgotten password

If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgotten Your Password?" link on the login page (directly underneath the login box). Enter your FLID number and submit. We will email a reset link to your stored address. Your new password must be at least 7 characters and alphanumeric.

Change password

Go to "My Business" at the top of the page and select "Personal Details". On the Personal Details page, scroll to "Password" and click "Update". Enter your current password, then your new password twice, and click "Submit". A confirmation screen will tell you the change was successful.

Registration options

Grow your business

Registering as a Focus Logic Business Owner (FLID) lets you buy Focus Logic products at member prices and follow our sales and marketing plan to earn through product sales and referrals, whether you want part-time extra income or something more.

Members get access to our monthly e-newsletter, promotions, and a range of business and product literature in the download centre on our website.

How to register

To register, contact the Focus Logic ambassador who introduced you to our products. If you do not know an existing FLID, call our Online Help Desk on 067 047 0973 or email focuslogicsocialclub@gmail.com, and we will connect you with an ambassador in your area. You can also ask about becoming an ambassador yourself.

Personal details

To update your personal details, log in and choose "Personal Details" from the "My Business" or "My Account" dropdown menu. Edit your information and save.

Shopping online

Find products

Browse using the menus on the site. Open a product by clicking its name or image to see its features, benefits and price, then click "Add to Cart". The item count in the top right of the page will go up.

Build your order

Click "Buy Now" on your dashboard, or the cart icon in the top right, to start. If you know your item numbers, type them into the Item field and the predictive text will help you select the right product.

Check availability

  • A green check-mark means the item is in stock and available.
  • An item highlighted red is out of stock; you can remove it or backorder it where available.

Check out

  1. Confirm the items on your order and click "Next".
  2. Choose a delivery method (delivery, pick-up or combined) and a payment method.
  3. Click "Checkout" to complete your order.
  4. You will see a message that your order is processing, and a confirmation once it is placed. Your Shopping History updates automatically; find it under "My Business" then "Shopping History".

When your order is confirmed

Orders paid by EFT or deposit are only confirmed once the payment reflects in our system. Verification can take up to one working day, and up to two working days at month-end, so please allow for this in your delivery timing.

Note for review: Add your live FNB account number above, and confirm which online payment gateway processes card payments on the site (for example PayFast, Paystack or Stripe). Keep this member-payment guide separate from the public retail checkout to stay within payment-processor rules.
